Fulfilment of NIB's mandate

Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget has a high rate of innovation in hygiene products. The R&D investment in Sweden accounts for approximately 75% of the company’s total investments in market research and development. Sales are conducted in about 100 countries under strong brand names. Since the paper and tissue industry is a significant business sector in NIB’s member countries, the company’s high performance in development processes is expected to create spill-over effects for other actors in the industry.
