Project

The loan programme has been provided for financing environmental projects and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The facility is earmarked for SME investments made by owner-managed companies in various industries and environmental projects, such as energy efficiency investments and wind turbines.

Founded in 1919, Arbejdernes Landsbank is Denmark’s seventh largest bank. It is an unlisted limited liability company with more than 24,000 private shareholders, including trade unions, cooperative enterprises as well as other organisations and private persons. Arbejdernes Landsbank is a full service bank with approximately 230,000 private customers, mainly private and SMEs.

Competitiveness: Improved access to financing is expected to support productivity growth in SMEs.

Environment: A part of the loan programme’s funds will be used for environmental projects.
