New dealers to the Euro Medium Term Note Programme

During the year 2001 a total of 44 transactions amounting to the equivalent of EUR 2,245 billion were executed under the Programme. Outstanding amount under the Programme was EUR 8,676 billion at year-end 2001.
The new arranger of the Programme is Schroder Salomon Smith Barney, who was earlier a dealer under the Programme. Mizuho International plc has been appointed as a new dealer to the Programme.
The dealers of the programme are: ABN Amro, Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch International, Mizuho International plc, RBC Capital Markets, Schroder Salomon Smith Barney, Tokyo-Mitsubishi International plc and UBS Warburg.
