Inaugural issue in AUD-markets

The minimum size of the issue is AUD 300 million and the maturity is five years. Pricing is expected on 12 January with payment due on 18 January. The securities will be lodged in Austraclear. An application will be made for the notes to be listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Lead Manager is RBC Capital markets.
