NIB signs loan with the Russian Federation for Kaliningrad Water and Environmental Services Project

The Nordic Investment Bank has signed a loan agreement in Moscow with the Russian Federation for the financing of the Kaliningrad Water and Environmental Services Project. The principal objective of the project is to address the investment needs of the City of Kaliningrad to invest in and develop water supply and waste water treatment. The project will also improve the financial and operational performance of the municipal water utility, Vodokanal Kaliningrad.
