Memorandum of Understanding between NIB & the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB)

The MoU will intensify cooperation between the two institutions and further contribute to identification of co-financing opportunities for projects and programmes in their fields of operations. The purpose of the MoU is to permit both institutions to mutually benefit from their specific experience and knowledge in common fields of action.

Cooperation between the two institutions shall in the first place concern projects in the sectors of health, education, environment, and financing of small- and medium-sized enterprises.
