Loan to the Brazilian Development Bank BNDES

The Nordic Investment Bank (NIB) and the government owned Brazilian Development Bank, Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social – BNDES, have agreed on a loan programme of USD 100 million. The programme is guaranteed by the Federative Republic of Brazil. The loan programme has been established with the purpose to finance projects in different sectors of the Brazilian economy that are of mutual interest for Brazil and the Nordic countries.
