Loan to Estonian energy company

The Nordic Investment Bank (NIB) and the state-owned Estonian energy company AS Eesti Energia have agreed on a loan of 60 million euro. Representatives of NIB and Eesti Energia signed the loan agreement today in Tallinn. The loan is intended for extensive investments which Eesti Energia is planning to make in order to secure its competitiveness.
