The Camfil group was founded in 1963 and now has 3,400 employees. The company is a world leader in the development and production of air filters and clean air solutions. Camfil runs 23 production units and R&D centres in six countries in Europe, North America and Asia.

Fulfilment of NIB's mandate

The outcome of this R&D work is likely to contribute to more efficient air filtration products, as well as reductions in the level of air pollution. The company’s R&D efforts may also lead to knowledge spill-overs having a positive effect on the industry.
