NIB participates at Arendal's political week in Norway

Arendal’s political week, Norway
On Wednesday 15 August, NIB will participate in a panel debate titled “is the Paris agreement possible?” at Arendalsuka 2018, Norway’s largest political gathering. Hilde Kjelsberg, Vice-President, Head of Credit and Analysis will be representing NIB.

Participants are Erik Solheim, Head of UN Environment Program and Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations, Tine Sundtoft, project manager and County Chief Executive of the newly agreed Agder County Municipality, Sasja Beslik, Head of Group Sustainable Finance, Nordea, Frederic Hauge, Head of the Environmental Foundation Bellona, Vyacheslav Fetisov, UN Environment Patron for Polar Regions and Ice Hockey Legend, Nina Eklund, Secretary General, Hagainitiativet, Helene Fladmark, General Manager, Eyde Cluster, Ketil Kjenseth, chairman of the Storting’s Energy and Environment Committee and Åsmund Aukrust, parliamentary representative, mdl. Energy and Environment Committee.

The debate will be moderated by Hilde Sandvik, editor in chief of Broenxyz.

Arendalsuka, Nordic Council of Ministers and Foreningen Norden arrange the panel debate.
