Grants provided to NIB's environmental projects in Belarus

The Northern Dimension Environmental Partnership (NDEP) together with the Government of Sweden, through the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and the Government of Finland have extended grants to five Belarusian water utilities to support projects co-financed with loans from NIB in Brest and Grodno as well as loans from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Vitebsk, Baranovichi and Slonim. The loan agreements with the international financial institutions were signed in December 2012.
