The 7-year-maturity loan totalling DKK 70 million (EUR 9 million) has been provided for financing projects of small and medium sized enterprises in Denmark. Established in 1871, DIBA has developed into one of the largest banks in southern and central Zealand as well as on the island of Bornholm and now ranks 29th in the country in terms of assets.
The loan facility to DIBA Bank includes some subprojects with positive environmental impacts (investments in wind power). It is expected that all subloans will obtain the necessary permits and follow applicable laws and regulations. DIBA has internal procedures for handling environmental aspects in their credit process.
